Basketball Medals in the Olympic Games
Basketball was introduced as an olympic sport in Berlin 1936. From the beginning it was dominated by the USA National Team, that won the first seven golden medals. NBA players weren't allow to participate in the Olympic Games until 1992 when Barcelona was the witness of the best group of players ever to play in the same team, the original and incomparable "Dream Team" of Michael Jordan, Larry Bird, Magic Johnson, Charles Barkley and the list goes on. USA has won 15 of a total 19 golden medals.
